FAQ

If you don't see your question here, call us!

Q: I'm worried my question is stupid.... Do you really have unlimited free support no matter what?

A: We sure do! And I doubt your question is as stupid as you think it is.

Q: What do I need to access this service?

A: You need a working computer with internet access. Windows XP or Vista are highly recommended, there are work arounds for MAC users. This computer can be yours at the office, yours at home, or any public computer you have access to.

Q: If I delete an e-mail on my cell phone, via webmail, or in Outlook, will it synchronize this change?

A: Yes! No matter how you connect to your e-mail, the information is stored in our server side database. That way what you see via one access method is what you'll see via all others. eg. Delete an email or update a contact in Outlook, and it will synchronize those changes to your cell phone.

Q: What are the ways that I can access my email?

A: The way you will probably spend the most time accessing email is via the full featured Outlook Mail Client in your remote desktop session. You can also use our Outlook Web Access site to access your email on the road from any web browser. Finally you can use a Microsoft Pocket PC, IPhone, or Blackberry handheld. (Blackberry has limited functionality)

Q: Can I surf the web via the remote connection?

A: Sure. We have antivirus and antispyware included in our service. Our internet connection is probably faster than yours, but performance does suffer transmitting the images via your remote session instead of directly over the internet. Also streaming audio and video will not work.

Q: I'm having trouble with my computer, not your servers. Can you help?

A: We're happy to try. With our service you are technically responsible for providing a working computer with internet access. But we'll happily talk to you. Often we can fix an issue over the phone, or worst case refer you to someone local that can help.
