How to Setup Your PDA to Access Email

To setup your Microsoft Pocket PC device, follow these instructions:

1) Click the start button, select prgrams, and then the ActiveSync Icon.

2) You want to select Menu, and then Configure Server.

3) The server address is Mail.HostedBusinessServer.com, or Mail.YourDomain.com

4) Enter Your User Name, Password, and then HBS for Domain.

5) Select that you want to synchronize all forms of data.

6) Select Finish.

7) When you synchronize for the first time, agree to any security messages that come onto your screen.

To Setup your IPhone, follow these instructions:

1) Follow Apple's Instructions at this link. Setup Instructions

2) Use Mail.HostedBusinessServer.com for the Server address

3) Enter Your User Name, Password, and then HBS for Domain.

To setup your Blackberry Device, follow these instructions:

1) Connect to the BlackBerry Internet Service website and log in to your BlackBerry account.

2) On the navigation bar, click Profile.

3) Under Email Accounts, click other email accounts.

4) Click Add Account.

5) Type the email address, user name, and password in the appropriate fields and click Submit.

6) Under Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, select the option for I can access my mailbox using a Web browser (Outlook Web Access).

7) Click Submit.

8) In the Outlook Web Access URL field, type Mail.HostedBusinessServer.com or Mail.YourDomain.com.

9) In the Mailbox Name field, type the Mailbox name for your OWA account.

10) Verify that your email address, user name, and password are correct.

11) Select the Leave messages on mail server check box.

12) Click Submit.
