Common Workstation Fixes

Issue: My computer has become extremely slow and/or my web browser is behaving unusually.
Solution: This is usually due to some type of virus or spyware infecting your computer. We currently recommend the following applications for cleaning:
Kaspersky Free Online Virus Scanner
Issue: I'm running a Microsoft Windows operating system and can't find the remote desktop connection application.
Solution: Select your start button, go to "run", type in "mstsc" (no quotes), and press OK.
Issue: I'm disappointed with the quality of webmail in my Firefox web browser.
Solution: We like Firefox too, but to best view Outlook Web Access, try the page in Internet Explorer.
